Nabhi Sutra was launched in 2019 by Swati Vakharia. She brought forward her experience related to Ayurveda in every product of the brand.

The intention of Swati behind the idea of this brand and its products was to focus on holistic body health. After becoming a mother, Swati needed a wholesome solution for her body to address the different issues of being a mother and having a baby. This is how she came up with the idea of the Nabhi Sutra for everyone.

After the launch of Nabhi Sutra, the brand has been able to see a great upsurge in product demand. Also, the brand has been able to sell more than 10,000 bottles every month as well as has served more than 2,00,000 Indian customers.

Swati started Nabhi Sutra with an initial investment of around Rs. 5 lakh, and the turnover of the company in the first year was Rs. 1 crore. The company has been able to show great growth every month. Plus, they are going to sell the Nabhi Sutra products in the international market.

Nabhi Sutra and its meaning as a brand 

Nabhi Sutra follows the principle of Navel being the epicenter and main channel of human energy since the existence of the human body inside the womb. The navel allows the child to be connected to the mother through the umbilical cord. It is highly responsible to supply the child with nutrients, oxygen, etc., via the blood flow.

This is the reason that it is the ultimate source of nutrition. Applying oil to the navel or belly button helps with penetration and mixing in blood at a fast pace. It leads to fruitful results.

As per Swati, the founder, ‘Nabhi is the pioneer in wellness through belly button oils. Before coming up with this concept, there was nothing like this in the market. It was a tough journey to make people understand. Ultimately, the response has been gratifying.’

The brand started with six products, and currently, and has 10 products. Plus, the brand has launched ADHYAY along with three products. It offers healing ways, but not via the belly button.

Around 98% of Nabhi Sutra sales are done via online mode. 80% of the profits come from the website, and the rest come from different marketplaces.
